Scope
This notice covers the HeartLINK public website and its inquiry flow. It does not replace the privacy information, consent process or agreements provided by a clinical facility for patient care.
Browsing the website
The site is hosted on Vercel. Delivering and securing web pages can involve technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested URL and request time. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to deliver those font files. These providers may process information outside your country. See Vercel’s privacy policy and Google Fonts’ privacy information for their practices.
The inquiry form
Details you enter are used in your browser to prepare a reviewable email draft. The website does not submit the form to a server or store the draft in a website database. The fields can include your name, email, country, organization and optional partnership information. Your browser or email app may separately retain information through its own settings.
When you choose to send an email
If you send the prepared email, HeartLINK receives the details you include and your email address. They can be used to respond to your request and discuss the relevant services or partnership. The message is also handled by your email provider and the recipient’s email service. For information about the handling or retention of a particular correspondence, contact the team.
Cookies and local storage
The current website code does not set analytics or advertising cookies, run an analytics integration, or save inquiry drafts in local storage. Hosting providers and browser services may have separate technical practices. The hero video is served from the website rather than an embedded social-media player.
Your choices
You can browse without completing an inquiry, edit the draft before sending, or choose not to send it. Ask the team about access to or correction of information you have sent, deletion where applicable, or stopping further inquiry-related contact. See Data Protection for how to raise a request.
