Common questions

A few things
worth knowing.

Practical answers for organizations, patients and families considering their next step.

Ask our team
Do we need to adopt the whole system?

No. Partners can start with an individual service and extend their participation over time. Scope and terms are agreed for each engagement.

Who makes the clinical decisions?

The local physician makes the final clinical decision. Cardiologists review ECGs and echocardiograms; AI supports assessment and interpretation within that clinician-led pathway.

Can I arrange care for a family member?

The team can discuss family-care arrangements and confirm current availability. Start with the family inquiry route. Please do not include personal medical records in an email inquiry.

Where is care currently available?

The supplied material describes implementation experience in Ghana. Community sites paused in mid-2026. Contact the team to confirm current facilities, services and schedules before planning a visit.

Are the published figures independently validated?

The supplied triage results are internally validated; independent evaluation is a separate milestone. Service volumes describe activity, not proven improvements in patient outcomes. The Evidence & Impact page explains the scope of each figure.

What happens when I submit a partnership inquiry?

The inquiry page prepares an email draft for your review. It does not send the message automatically. You choose whether to send it using your email app.
